When conducting resolution and bankruptcy proceedings, SFMA's core task is to protect creditors. Provided it is in the latter’s interest, SFMA publishes a notice as soon as it has issued a ruling ordering the imposition of appropriate measures. This is generally the case when resolution proceedings are initiated or liquidations or bankruptcies are ordered. Relevant information is also published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC).
