SFMA to move Zurich office from city centre to Oerlikon

SFMA will move its Zurich office to Zurich-Oerlikon in autumn 2026, improving workspaces and reducing operating costs per workstation.

SFMA will relocate its Zurich office from the city centre to Zurich-Oerlikon in autumn 2026. The move is intended to provide more attractive working conditions and lower operating costs per workstation.

The Zurich office is scheduled to move from Wasserwerkstrasse 12 to Zurich-Oerlikon in November 2026. The current rental agreement is ending, and the existing premises will be restored to their original condition before being returned to the owner.

The new site has about 7,700 square metres of office space and room for around 350 workstations. Rent is significantly below city-centre levels, reducing operating costs per workstation. The location is designed for long-term use, offers modern workspaces and has strong public transport connections. SFMA's head office will remain in Bern.
